App Design; Bookly

For this class project, I was tasked with designing a user-friendly app focused on facilitating book sales and exchanges between individuals. The app aimed to create a seamless platform where users can list, buy, sell, and trade books with others, promoting a sustainable and community-driven approach to reading.

I began the project by researching existing book selling platforms and user needs, focusing on features such as ease of use, secure transactions, and a sense of community among users. The goal was to create a platform that not only made book trading simple but also provided a space for users to share recommendations and reviews.

The app’s design centred around clean navigation, with an intuitive interface that allows users to easily browse books, create listings, and communicate with sellers. Key features included a search function, category filters, user ratings, and an integrated payment system for secure transactions. The app also included community features such as book clubs and user-generated reviews to foster interaction.
